Swimming Lessons


Swimming Lessons are provided for beginning and intermediate swimmers. Beginning swimmers will develop their confidence in the pool by learning to float on their front and back, to be able to put their head under water, and to swim under water. Intermediate students will learn the basic swim strokes, front crawl, elementary backstroke, breast stroke and back stroke. Swimming is a great way to build strength and endurance while enjoying the water. Swimming is a great way to get a cardio and also is a sport and activity you can do throughout your entire life.
